Die Casting Workshop
The die casting workshop operates 20 machines ranging from 160T to 1650T, capable of producing both small precision parts and large structural components. Automated melting and injection systems ensure stable temperature and pressure control. Every casting run is monitored digitally through our MES system for consistency and traceability.
CNC Machining Center
Our CNC machining center is equipped with over 100 high-speed milling, turning, and drilling machines. It supports post-processing for die cast parts and precision components requiring tight tolerances. Advanced coordinate measuring and in-line inspection ensure every machined surface meets design specifications.
Surface Finishing & Inspection Area
This area integrates polishing, powder coating, anodizing, and plating lines to enhance appearance and corrosion resistance. Each batch passes visual and mechanical inspections, including hardness, roughness, and coating adhesion tests, ensuring durable and consistent surface quality.
